Too Faced- Natural Eyes Palette Review

9 Jun

Hey everyone! I know I do this a lot, where I post stuff for a while then i disappear. But I’m working on fixing that! So here’s a new review on the Too Faced Natural Eyes palette!! I purchased this palette at sephora for $36.00. I have been slowly growing my Too Faced collection and I thought I would share one of my favorite products. I just bought this palette YESTERDAY and it is already a favorite because of the quality, color, and pigment. I hope you enjoy!

photo (3)This Palette comes in a nice, hardy metal case and is easy to open because it keeps shut with a magnet. I think this palette will be great for travel because it have all different types of neutrals for different looks.

The palette also has a mirror and a how-to glamour guide that shows you three easy looks based off of each section labeled Day, Classic, and Fashion. The top row (day) starts with Heaven(Matte cream color). This color is great for a mate highlight or a basic blending color. Next to that is Cashmere Bunny (Cool-toned medium brown) which is a fantastic, easy to blend crease shade or all over shade. Last on the day section is Sexspresso (dark brown) is great for the outer corner and lashline.

The second row(Classic) consists of highly pigmented shimmers starting with Silk Teddy (Shimmery nude pink). This can look great above the crease or in the inner corner. Next is Push-Up (Shimmery pink-brown). This looks amazing all over the lid with other colors or alone. Last in the Classic section is Erotica (shimmery cool-toned dark brown). I LOVE this color. In the outer corner or blended into the lashline it always looks great. All these color look amazing together because they catch the light and draw attention to your eyes.

The last row (Fashion) has warmer colors that have a high pigment to make a statement. First in the last row is Nudie (Warmer light matte brown). I feel like this is the color in the palette you can use for anything! lashline, crease, all over, or just blending it looks great. Next is Honey Pot (Highly pigmented gold). Honey pot is great for catching light on the inner corner and the middle on the lid, definitely a new favorite. Last in the whole palette is Chocolate Martini (Dark warm brown with gold shimmers). Another great lashline color and great on the outer lid.

I hope you liked!! If you are looking for a great palette with every day neutrals this is it. tell me about your favorite too faced products! I would love to know your favorites before i buy them. Have a great day! hope its not too hot where you live 🙂

Exuviance Skincare Review!

9 Sep

Hey everyone! So yesterday I went to ULTA and had no idea they were having a makeup event! They had a counter for PURMinerals, Benefit Cosmetics, and Exuviance Skincare. The only counter I had time to go to was the Exuviance counter where I got a wonderful facial consisting of a Facial cleansing, Performance Peel, and a moisturizing. They even did a foundation application.Exuviance

The first thing they did was take off all my foundation with their Moisturizing Anti-bacterial Facial Cleanser. It is a nice, gentle, unscented, anti-bacterial cleanser. I have no bad comments about it but I need more time to see results.

The second product they used was their popular Performance Peel. It is a Glycolic Facial Peel that gets rid of the top layer of dead skin and stimulates new skin growth. I loved it! I loved the results when I got home because I noticed the top layer of skin was gone! The only problem is that it is a little too pricey for my liking ($72.00) so I didn’t end up buying it.

Then they used their Glycolic Expert Moisturizer. It moisturized my face very well, but I did not see it being any better than ones I use at home. Therefor I didn’t buy it.

Lastly, I got to try their Coverblend Concealing Treatment Foundation. She showed me some pictures of people who have used it to cover severe acne or tattoos. I do not have any severe acne, so I did not understand the point of using this foundation. I would never ever try their foundation again! It was some of the worst foundation I have EVER tried. She applied a ton of product which made me believe it isn’t full coverage. After I looked in the little mirror I saw it did not match my skin tone and you could see all the buildup of product in my deep lines around my nose area and under eyes. After we left ULTA I tried to blend out the foundation and it started to roll off! I do NOT recommend their foundation even if you have severe acne because it feels cakey. So If you ever get to try their products I recommend their facial treatments and under eye treatments, or their moisturizers. Most their products are not worth their price! So choose wisely! let me know if you have tried any of their products!

Lush Bath Bomb Review!

I went into the LUSH store last week and decided to try the Rose Queen LUSH Bath Bomb, $5.25. I love everything LUSH and will be re-buying this scent because it leaves your skin SUPER soft, and I still smelled like roses the next day! A highly recommended item!
