Tips to Better Sleeping!

So I have suffered with insomnia for a few years now and have acquired some great tips to sleeping well! 1) A great thing to do right before bed is to do some simple stretches to increase our blood flow. this is important for your body to feel more relaxed. 2) Drink a glass of milk, water, or soy milk ( for my vegetarians) to make your body feel full because who wants to wake up at 2 AM with a growling stomach? 3) Find some natural remedies that help calm down stress or naturally help sleeping. I like to use a lavender pillow spray or take a bath with an eucalyptus oil based scent. Hope I could help! The middle of the week is usually a pretty hard time to sleep! Happy sleeping!
